Jodie has guided us through several real estate transactions. She brings the best in professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. She made selling our home easy, fast and profitable. She went above and beyond in helping handle all the last pieces of our closing as we had already moved out of state. We can't thank Jodie enough, and we highly recommend her!!

We moved here from Utah for work. My husband and I had never been to the East Coast this far up north before so we were completely unfamiliar with this area. Jodie not only made us feel welcome to be here but she also gave us great information about the place, pointed out so many of the little hidden gems here, helped us figure out some activities and things we could get our kids into, and, something else my husband and I really appreciated, she was HONEST with us when we'd ask about anything. We felt very comfortable with her and her opinions and confident that she would never show us a house in an area that would not be a good fit for our family. My husband and I can be pretty introverted. Jodie has a great easy-going personality which made the whole process comfortable, enjoyable and not the least bit awkward at all. It took a long time to close on our house due to a few issues on the seller's end. Jodie remained so patient and helped take some of the stress off of us during it. My husband and I would both highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home here.

Jodie DeCosty is an excellent agent. Always professional, she had our best interests in mind. She helped us tremendously by letting us know what we needed to do to get our house ready for sale and how to stage it to get the most people through it. Selling a house can be a stressful event but when you are trying to buy one too it can really get to you. Jodie kept us calm and always informed. If we had a question she always got back to us in a reasonable amount of time. We could go on forever. We can not say enough about Jodie DeCosty. She should be REALTOR OF THE YEAR!!!!!!!
